The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
Getting there
The property is 10 minutes by car from Santa Luce and Pomaia, and sandy beaches on the Tuscan coast are about a 20-minute drive away. The property is reached by 60 m of unpaved road from the main entrance gate to the villa. A gravel drive leads to parking for up to six cars.
