La villa has two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and kitchen. It has terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings, a shaded portico, outdoor seating, loungers, a dining area and a flat terrace. The villages of Santa Luce and Pomaia are 10 minutes away by car, and sandy beaches on the Tuscan coast are about a 20-minute drive away.

The pool is about 3 m from the villa, measures 7 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.20–1.70 m. Heating is available on request; allow 2–3 days to reach 26–28°C. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October and has a salt purification system, internal lighting, stone sunbathing area, sunbeds, umbrella and cold-water shower.

Wireless internet connection is provided.

The property is 10 minutes by car from Santa Luce and Pomaia, and sandy beaches on the Tuscan coast are about a 20-minute drive away. The property is reached by 60 m of unpaved road from the main entrance gate to the villa. A gravel drive leads to parking for up to six cars.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
