House rules
Maximum occupancy is 14 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require completed electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and additional payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable.
Getting there
The home is on a bus route. Driveway parking is limited to four spaces. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
