The 6,489-square-foot home has mountain views and a private yard surrounded by forest. Its exterior combines zinc panels and limestone blocks. The heated outdoor pool is available year-round, alongside a hot tub, patio and balcony.

Sleeping spaces include two king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms, a bunk room and a sofa bed in the common area. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Air conditioning serves the main living area and two upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen includes an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, a drip coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. A dining table and barbecue area are available. Other facilities include a fitness room, desk/workspace, printer, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, ski storage, smart TV, books, foosball, table tennis, pool table, darts and poker table. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer and a travel crib are provided.

The home is on a bus route and has up to four driveway parking spaces, with garage facilities also available. Longer stays are allowed.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances due to a homeowner allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require completed electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Reservations exceeding eight days require a scheduled In-Stay Refresh and additional payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable.
