## About the house

The living room has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and oven. French doors open onto a private covered porch with a dining table and chairs overlooking greenery and the residence swimming pool.

The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and another with two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, bidet, WC and washing machine; a hairdryer is also provided. Wi-Fi is available.

The shared residence pool is available from 25 April to 15 October. A swimming cap may be required.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The published check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
