The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests plus 1 extra guest. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specific hours, and guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Pets are subject to a pet contract.
Getting there
The property is in Boisar on a private 2.5-acre mango estate beside the Surya River. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
