The apartment has a spacious veranda with an outdoor dining area surrounded by plants and flowers. Inside, the living area includes a double sofa bed, dining table, television and fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a wardrobe and one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. A washing machine and iron are also available.
The shared swimming pool opens from 1 July to 15 September, with daily hours of 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–19:00. A swimming cap may be required.
Porto Cervo Marina is nearby, and Costa Smeralda beaches are a few minutes away by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 43 minutes away by car.
