This is a private structure available for lease only. Small-sized pets are permitted for €50 per animal per week or part of a week.
Getting there
The property is 3.5 km from Passignano sul Trasimeno and 2 km from the E45 Passignano Est exit. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road in good condition. Lake Trasimeno is a few kilometres away. The pool is at a lower level than the house, and the guest apartment is reached by an imposing internal staircase.
