The house

The house has a main terrace overlooking La Devesa Beach, a second terrace at the rear, and a sea-view balcony off the double bedroom. The open-plan living and dining area has air conditioning and a television. Its kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and a fan, and one bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom has a double bed, balcony access and space for a baby cot; the second has a trundle bed with two single sleeping places. A high chair, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi is free.

Platja La Devesa is 20 metres away. The house is near the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre (MET), with bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. A supermarket is 120 metres away and a pharmacy is 100 metres away.
