Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. No other guests are present on site when the property is rented in this solution.
Getting there
The property is 12 kilometres from Lucca. The access road includes 300 metres of unpaved road. Viareggio is 41 kilometres away, Marina di Vecchiano 37 kilometres, and Forte dei Marmi 48 kilometres. The Capannori highway entrance is 12 kilometres away. The tennis court is 50 metres from the house and is for exclusive use.
