This is a private structure available by lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access, and it is not fenced. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
