House rules
Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00. Contact the property in advance to arrange arrival outside this window. Check-out is by 11:00. Pets require express prior approval. The house is non-smoking; smoking is permitted in a designated outdoor area. The French page says a 30% deposit confirms a reservation; its English page specifies this for stays over three days. The tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per person per night for rooms and €3 for the gîte. The French cancellation terms say no fee applies when cancellation is more than seven days before arrival, the deposit is retained for cancellation less than seven days and up to 24 hours before arrival, and the full reservation amount is retained for cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or an early departure.
Getting there
The Pont-Vieux and Albi's historic city center are a ten-minute walk away. Street parking is free; garage parking is paid and subject to availability.
