Pets are permitted on request, outside only, with a maximum of two. The fireplaces are ornamental. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the Giuncarico area of Gavorrano, in the Grosseto area. The access road is paved up to the gate. Castiglione della Pescaia is 26 km away and Marina di Grosseto is 28 km away. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
