What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and two beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The swimming pool is exclusively for your use during your stay and is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Included amenities comprise a garden, Wi-Fi, parking, swimming pool, TV, kitchen and air conditioning.
What is the cancellation and payment policy?
Cancellation or modification more than seven days before arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the booking item amount. Cancellation or modification less than seven days before arrival, or a no-show, incurs a charge of the full booking item amount. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is required.
Where is the villa located?
The villa is in Uluwatu, Bali, on Jalan Labuansait. The exact address is provided after booking confirmation.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there any special notes or house rules?
Lock valuables in the safety deposit box. Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are permitted subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Confirm the connection speed before booking if you have specific bandwidth requirements.
