The property is near Mondavio. Mondavio is 1 km from bars and restaurants and 6 km from a supermarket, pharmacy, bank and restaurants. Marotta on the Adriatic coast is 20 km away. Access includes 300 m of unpaved road in good condition. Parking is limited to one space inside the property and two outside.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Heating costs €45 per day and are paid on site. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
