The house

The 3,980-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests. Four bedroom suites each have a private ensuite: two have king beds, one has a full bed and one has a queen bed. A full Murphy bed provides additional sleeping space in the living room. There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

Living spaces have floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace and open entertaining areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Wolf range, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Dining options include a breakfast bar, formal dining table and outdoor deck.

The covered deck has a fire table and Wolf grill. A private hot tub overlooks the valley and mountains. Other facilities include air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, television, a ping-pong table, smart-home features and an elevator serving all floors. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The home has a private entrance, garage and heated driveway, with free parking for up to five vehicles.

Vail Village, Gondola One and Eagle Bahn are a five-minute walk away. Long-term stays are also allowed. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the reservation team; longer stays require additional cleaning. Business license: BL #046180.
