House rules
The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The event and conference rooms and the annex kitchen are available on request at extra cost. The property is fenced for approximately 12 hectares. Starting in 2026, the owners will occupy the first floor with a separate entrance and share only the driveway and parking area; the park and swimming pool remain for guests' exclusive use.
Getting there
The property is 3 km from Siena's historic center. Shops and services are 1.5 km away, Siena train station is 5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 97 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool area is reached by a short flight of steps or by a paved walkway. The property is spread across two main-house units and an annex; the units do not connect internally.
