## About the house

The villa stands on a completely fenced 2,000 m² plot with some neighbours nearby. Outdoors are six sun loungers, a spacious terrace, an outdoor bathroom with shower and two furnished porches, one with a fixed barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 9 × 4.5 m and is 0.6–1.9 m deep.

The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television with English channels only. The equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. A shower bathroom serves the ground floor, and the laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes and en-suite shower bathrooms: one has two single beds and the other a double bed. The upstairs double bedroom opens onto a small terrace with mountain views. A cot and highchair are provided.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are available free of charge. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Pollença is 2 km away and Port de Pollença beach is 6.5 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking in the Serra de Tramuntana, the Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa trail, snorkelling at Cala Sant Vicente and visits to the Formentor lighthouse and Pollença's Calvari.

The house has two storeys; two bedrooms are upstairs. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
