The villa has a high-ceilinged living room, an open dining area with seating for 14, a separate media room with a large television, and a library. The kitchen includes a central island, stainless steel appliances, an oven, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. A housekeeper, chef and waiter are included throughout the stay.

Each bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has ocean views, private patio access and a library. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 have ocean views, seating areas and televisions. Guest bedroom 4 has a four-poster king bed with sheer drapes and pool or garden access.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, an ocean-facing hot tub, a tropical garden, a patio, outdoor seating and outdoor dining. A fitness room has modern machines and free weights. Two four-seat golf carts are included for travel around the resort. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, a washer, dryer, satellite or cable television, a speaker system, linens, shampoo, hair dryer, safe and hot water are available.

Casa de Campo registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1 mile away; the Tennis Center is 1.9 miles away, the Shooting Center 2 miles, the Marina 3.1 miles, and Altos de Chavon 4 miles. Resort destinations are accessible by golf cart or a short drive. Two four-seat golf carts are included. Access to registered guest facilities requires Casa de Campo registration.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must complete Casa de Campo registration before arrival and provide guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory registration fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and no fee for children under 4. Christmas and New Year stays require a minimum of 10 nights. Occupancy pricing is based on two guests per bedroom. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. The security deposit equals one night's stay.
