House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The beach is reached by crossing the street and walking a short distance. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 0.2 km away. Exterior parking is limited to one car. There is no elevator.
