The apartment has a living area with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. A balcony opens from the living area. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower.

The apartment is a short distance from downtown Olbia and the beaches. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is around a 6 km drive away. Local attractions include the Basilica of San Simplicio, the Archaeological Museum and Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The surrounding coastal area includes Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados beaches, as well as nature trails of varying difficulty.
