The apartment is a short distance from downtown Olbia and the beaches. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is around a 6 km drive away. Local attractions include the Basilica of San Simplicio, the Archaeological Museum and Nuraghe Riu Mulinu. The surrounding coastal area includes Pittulongu, Porto Istana, Le Saline, Li Cuncheddi and Bados beaches, as well as nature trails of varying difficulty.

Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations.
