A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $350 cleaning fee and $59 non-refundable damage waiver are stated. The damage waiver covers up to the first $500 in accidental damage when damage is reported while guests are on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. A minimum number of nights may apply for arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 during the Christmas/New Year's period.
Getting there
La Collina is on a hillside in Great Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is stated to be approximately a six-minute drive away, and a jeep rental is recommended for exploring the island. The lower-level bedrooms are accessed by an exterior staircase. The villa overlooks Great Cruz Bay Harbor and the Caribbean Sea.
