## About the house

The apartment has an unenclosed private garden and an open-plan living area with a large double sofa bed and television. The open kitchen has a peninsula table with wooden stools, a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and oven. Two large French doors lead to a private portico with a sofa, armchair and dining table overlooking the shared pool.

Both bedrooms have a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and French door opening onto the rear garden. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom has a shower and washing machine; a hairdryer is also provided. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The shared swimming pool opens from 1 May to 30 September, between 10:00 and 19:00. Swimming caps may be required. The apartment is 20 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 46 km from Verona airport.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the start time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on destination. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
