The first-floor apartment is reached on foot. Its living room has a sofa, television, dining table and equipped open-plan kitchen. The adjoining terrace has outdoor sofas and a dining table. Both bedrooms have a queen-size double bed; one has an en suite shower bathroom. A second bathroom also has a shower.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. A key-lock garage measures 5 × 2.50 m, with a height of 2.10 m.

The shared swimming pool opens from 1 May to 30 September, daily from 10:00 to 19:00. A swimming cap may be required.

Lake Garda is freely accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot. Desenzano railway station is 20 minutes away by car, and Verona airport is approximately 46 km away. Manerba del Garda lies in the Valtenesi hills, near the Rocca di Manerba and the Rocca and Sasso nature reserve, with walks overlooking the lake and its islands. Local agricultural estates offer Garda olive-oil and D.O.C. wine tastings; horse riding, trattorias and golf courses are available in the surrounding area.

Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20–€ 40.
