The apartment occupies the first floor of a recently renovated building. A hallway leads to a living area with a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, oven, fridge and freezer. The bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The historic-center setting has activity during the day and at night. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places may cause noise. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.

Palermo's four historic districts include UNESCO heritage sites. Local sightseeing options include a Baroque itinerary covering the Church of the Holy Savior, Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception, and a historic-market tour covering Ballarò and Capo.
