The “Red House” is gated and features an open-concept floor plan, as well as a private outdoor space complete with a swimming pool, a covered patio, and a pool deck equipped with lounge chairs. The first floor of this two-story home features all of the home’s main gathering spaces: the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features a couch and loveseat, a wooden coffee table, a colorful rug and throw pillows, as well as coastal-inspired artwork. There is also a powder room and a closet next to the front door, near the living room. Behind the living room is a handcrafted wood dining table with four chairs. The dining room is situated next to a sliding door that opens onto the covered patio, featuring another wooden dining table with four chairs and a barbecue grill and smoker — perfect for al fresco meals in the tropical sunshine.
