The property is in the municipality of Catignano. About 1 km of unpaved road in good condition leads from the entrance gate to the parking area. Pescara is 28 km away, and Francavilla al Mare is 35 km away. The Adriatic coast is not at the property; the listed beaches are reached at these stated distances.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. No other guests are present on site when this solution is rented. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
