La Casa nei Vigneti is a renovated 18th-century farmhouse consisting of a two-floor main house and an annex formed from two renovated silos about 10 metres away. The property has an open-plan ground-floor area, living and dining spaces, kitchens, a billiard room, terraces, a portico, a pergola with a wood-burning oven, and a garden of about 8,000 square metres. The property has been adapted for seismic safety.

It is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October and has a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The property is in the municipality of Catignano. Access includes about 1 kilometre of unpaved road in good condition from the entrance gate to the parking area. Pescara is 28 km away and the Adriatic Sea is 28 km away at Pescara or 36 km away at Francavilla. A car or other transport is needed to reach the surrounding services and attractions.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with extra animal cleaning excluded from the price.
