The house

Access is through a street gate to a street-facing patio shaded by a grapevine. A glazed door opens into the living room with a dining table, chairs, sofa and TV. The large, equipped kitchen has a TV and snack bar, along with a moka coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The kitchen provides access to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with bunk beds. The bunk-bed bedroom leads to the second shower bathroom, which contains the washing machine. The bedrooms and kitchen face the inner side of the house. Sleeping arrangements comprise one queen-size bed, one bunk bed and one double sofa bed.

Facilities include a terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer. Mondello beach and Capo Gallo Nature Reserve are a five-minute walk away. The house is in a restricted traffic area; Mongibello parking is less than a ten-minute walk away.
