House rules
Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Standard check-in ends at 20:00; the start is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Checkout is by 10:00. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for €25 per stay. Tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, accessed through a courtyard in a pedestrian alley. Other accommodations occupy the building. Syracuse train station is less than 10 minutes away by car; Catania airport is one hour away by car.
