The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, reached through a courtyard in a pedestrian alley. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The living area opens onto a balcony and contains a sofa, dining table and kitchen equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second has a single bed. The bathroom has a shower enclosure and bidet. A hairdryer, television, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Ortigia can be explored on foot. The island has the Zefiro and Nettuno equipped solariums and the free beach Cala Rossa. The apartment is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Syracuse train station and one hour’s drive from Catania airport.

A cot is available on request for €25 per stay. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.

Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Checkout is by 10:00. Contact the team before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for €25 per stay.
