The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator, reached through a courtyard in a pedestrian alley. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The living area opens onto a small balcony and includes a dining table and a kitchen with an oven, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, a smart TV and two French doors opening onto the balcony. Its ensuite bathroom has a shower enclosure and bidet.

Free Wi-Fi, bedroom air conditioning, a washing machine and an iron are available. A cot is available on request for €25 per stay.

Central Ortigia can be explored on foot. Cala Rossa is a free beach on the island, which also has the equipped Zefiro and Nettuno solariums. The apartment is less than 10 minutes' drive from Syracuse train station and one hour's drive from Catania airport.
