The panoramic pool is 5 x 11 m, has a constant depth of 1.40 m, salt purification, Roman steps, internal and external lighting, sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Large steps cross the lawn along the 20 m between the house and the pool.

Santa Fiora village, with shops, supermarkets and typical restaurants, is a five-minute walk from the house. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia is 85 km away. The property is reached by 100 m of unpaved road in good condition. Two paths from the parking area reach the village centre in a few minutes on foot. The parking area is outside the property and has up to five uncovered spaces.

Small pets are accepted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
