La Casa dell'Artista is a renovated Tuscan farmhouse at the edge of Asciano's historic centre, surrounded by a three-hectare park with lawns, Mediterranean vegetation, an orchard and a vegetable garden. The house has a built-in kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue, a veranda and access to the surrounding countryside. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, a bus stop and a train station are nearby.

The pool is about 15 m from the house, reached by a short flight of steps and a paved path. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, measures 6 × 9 m, has a constant depth of 1.50 m, a ladder, chlorine purification, a stone-paved sunbathing area, sunbeds, an umbrella, a pergola and a cold-water shower. It is not fenced and is interred on three sides only.

The property is in the centre of Asciano, about 20 km from Siena. The entrance road is paved up to the gate. Asciano train station is 600 m away, shops and services are 150 m away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea is 110 km away.

Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and is reached by steps and a paved path. The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase.
