House rules
Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€/stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 62.7 km away, Sa Pobla train station 18.8 km, the bus stop 3.2 km and the ferry 2.3 km.
