## About the house

The house has a garden, loungers, a barbecue and a first-floor terrace overlooking the sea and Alcanada lighthouse. A kayak is available to guests.

The first floor contains the living-dining room with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and television, plus an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A first-floor double bedroom has a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The ground floor has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both with ceiling fans, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub.

Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fireplace, towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot, high chair and stroller are available for babies. Outdoor parking accommodates one car. Recycling bins are provided for paper, plastic and glass.

Playa Alcanada is a short walk away, 350 metres from the house, with a pebble shore and pine trees. A supermarket is 300 metres away and Club de Golf Alcanada is 550 metres away. Additional services are available in Port d'Alcúdia. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€/stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
