The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator, a few steps from the Marina promenade and the Cala. The large, bright living area has a sofa, dining table and open kitchen. The balcony overlooks the green area of Foro Italico and the waterfront.

The bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer are provided.

The neighboring building is undergoing renovations, which may cause daytime noise. Scaffolding limits visibility from the bedroom window.

Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is less than a 35-minute drive away. Palermo Centrale train station can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
