The house

The 2,200-square-foot condo is arranged over multiple levels. Its full kitchen has a breakfast bar, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and kitchen basics. A dining table seats six. The furnished living area has a gas fireplace and access to a wraparound balcony; there is also a wet bar.

Guests have access to two outdoor hot tubs and a shared grilling and dining area. The condo includes heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, television with cable/satellite, a washer and dryer, and parking for one car. Bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and room-darkening shades are provided. A crib and a playground/play area are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Concierge and in-home services and luggage drop-off are available.

The nearby slopes and local restaurants are within reach without needing a car. T-Bar, Café Diva and Slopeside Grill are less than a mile away. Old Town Hot Springs is three miles north, and Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park is a little over two miles west.
