A pergola, sunbeds, tables, umbrellas, a cold-water shower and two guest bathrooms are nearby.

Internet connection with Wi-Fi is available.

The property is in the Tuscan countryside near Montepulciano. Access is by paved road to the gate, followed by approximately 300 metres of well-maintained unpaved road. The property gate is reached via an internal driveway, and parking is available within the property. Montepulciano is 11 km away, Pienza 21 km, Cortona 31 km and Siena 59 km.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed; extra cleaning may apply for animals. The property is not fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
