The house

East-facing living spaces overlook gardens, the golf course, a shaded terrace and a private pool with an elevated whirlpool. Glass doors connect the great room and dining areas with the outdoors. The terrace has a gazebo, umbrella, outdoor lighting and a dining table for eight.

Inside, the villa has a separate air-conditioned TV room and a formal dining room seating 12. The kitchen has professional-size GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, granite counters and kitchen basics. Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 have double-bed accommodation.

Staff are included. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, BBQ, parking, safe, speaker system, satellite or cable TV, hot water, hair dryer and bath supplies are provided.

Resort registration provides access to the equestrian and shooting centers, tennis courts, fitness center, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, plus pool and Minitas Beach towel and chaise lounge service. Guests can also access Central Romana Medical Center services. Dining, shopping, fishing, watersports and tennis are nearby. Registration is required before arrival, with daily resort fees paid directly to the resort.
