## About the house

The apartment accommodates six guests. Its bright living room has large windows, a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer.

French doors connect the living room to a private terraced garden furnished with a small table and armchairs, with views of the lake. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed and French doors opening onto the garden. A large wardrobe in the corridor serves both bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and fans are available.

Guests have access to the residence's shared lake-view swimming pool, open from 1 June to 30 September, from 09:00 to 20:00. A swimming cap may be required. Parking is outside the residence.

The approach road is narrow and steep but accessible. Desenzano train station and Brescia-Montichiari airport are approximately 40 minutes away by car. Nearby regional attractions include Maderno's serviced beach, Toscolano's Thursday morning market and the Paper Museum in the Valley of the Paper Mills.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
