La Belle Aurore A305 has a living area opening onto a north-east-facing balcony, one double bedroom and two cabin sleeping areas. The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm double bed; one cabin has a 140 × 190 cm double bed and the other has a bunk bed with two sleeping places, sized 90 × 200 cm. There is one independent bathroom with a shower and double basin, plus one separate toilet.

The residence offers a shared wellness area with a sauna and hammam, a fitness room and an on-site sports shop. The apartment has a private ski locker, boot heater, TV and Wi-Fi. Self-catering equipment includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, bean-to-cup and Nespresso coffee machines, and fondue and raclette appliances. A washing machine is also provided.

One covered parking space is included, accessed by a car lift with vehicle-size and weight restrictions. The resort centre, slopes and ski lift are 50 m away, and the ski school is 500 m away.
