House rules
Children are welcome, with outside-access bedrooms. Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure; additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee. Christmas and New Year's stays may require a minimum number of nights depending on the dates. A damage waiver covers up to the first $500 in accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility.
Getting there
The villa is at the end of a quiet private road in Virgin Grand Estates. Cruz Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive entirely on paved roads. The closest National Park beaches are a 12–15 minute drive. The villa has exterior stairs between the main and pool levels.
