Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations, with reservation information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
