Smoking, pets, and parties or events are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival by cash or credit card hold. Guests are asked to provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival, then call with their arrival time once at the destination. A €3-per-adult-per-night government tourist fee applies from 1 October 2025; children under 12, Mauritian residents, Premium Visa holders and Residence Permit holders are exempt.

La Preneuse Public Beach is 2.8 km away. The town centre is 200 m away, the nearest bus stop is 100 m away, and open-air parking is available near the building.
