The apartment has a private ground-floor terrace with direct access to the communal areas. The ground floor contains an air-conditioned living-dining room, a gas kitchen, a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a guest toilet. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The main bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and small balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed with two single sleeping places, a fan and spacious wardrobes.
The complex has a shared 40 × 20 metre swimming pool with a uniform depth of 1.80 metres, a children's pool and outdoor showers, with lifeguard supervision in summer. Tennis, padel, basketball and five-a-side football courts can be booked through the complex's sports office. Pool access is seasonal and subject to community regulations.
The surrounding coastal area has pine forests, and La Barrosa has a seafront promenade with restaurants and beach bars. Novo Sancti Petri has golf courses and shopping areas. Water sports, cycling routes and walks in the Bay Natural Park are available in the surroundings. Chiclana's historic centre is a short drive away. One garage parking space is available, and pets are welcome subject to an optional per-stay charge.
