The house

Renovated in 2019, the furnished holiday home stands on a 3,590-square-metre natural plot. The open kitchen is connected to the living area by a half-height wall and includes a dishwasher. A wood-burning stove provides additional warmth in the living room. An air-to-water heating system supplies underfloor heating throughout the house, including the bedrooms, with thermostats in each room.

Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. One contains a washing machine and tumble dryer; the larger bathroom has a corner whirlpool bath. Wi-Fi and included fibre broadband are available.

The living room opens onto a large, paved, fully enclosed terrace with space for barbecuing. Up to two dogs are allowed. Electric-car charging is available at the house; bring your own charging cable or adapter. This is a non-smoking home.

The surrounding plantation has woodland, heathland and wildlife including hares, red deer, roe deer and foxes. A walking trail leads through the woods, heathland and dunes to the beach, passing Marens Maw, a high dune with panoramic views of the area.
