The house

The 96 m² house has a bright living and dining area with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove and fireplace insert. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV, Chromecast, German satellite channels and a radio. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump provide heating for stays throughout the year. The house was built in 1974.

Three bedrooms provide two double beds and one single bed in total. The east-facing upstairs bedroom opens onto a small balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. There is one bathroom.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and cooking facilities. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi are available.

Outside, the natural grounds have garden furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and open, screened and covered terrace areas. The partially covered terrace provides space for outdoor dining. One dog is welcome.
