The house

The home stands on an 890 m² natural plot and has an open-plan living and kitchen area with views of the dunes. Both bedrooms have a double bed. There is one bathroom with underfloor heating. The living area also has underfloor heating, and the house has an air-to-water heat pump.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, cooking facilities and dishwasher, but no extractor hood. Large, smart-controlled Velux windows bring in natural light; curtains cover only part of the house. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV, a YouSee TV package with selected Danish and German channels, Chromecast and a radio. Free fibre internet and a washing machine are available, along with one high chair.

An enclosed terrace wraps around the house, with access from the living room and a bedroom. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue are available for use. A screened outdoor shower is available for rinsing off sand in summer. The property also has a storage shed and an electric-vehicle charging point.

The North Sea is within walking distance, 310 metres away. Thorsminde is a few minutes away by car, and the local wine bar Vores Franske Butik is less than 50 metres from the house.
